Some Of The World’s Scariest Invading Insects

trusted pest control experts
Most people can hardly stand the sight of just one roach or rat in their home. And they already get beehives when they see a spider or an actual beehive outside their garden.

There are certain species of insects though that would never go to or appear in a certain area by itself or with just a dozen other companions. However, there certain types of pests or insects that appear in swarms and can cause a large amount of devastation wherever they go.

Below are some of the worst invading insects that have been and continuously caused destruction in many places around the world:

• Locusts. These insects are often regarded the original insect plague. A swarm of locust can easily destroy an entire region’s vegetation and crops. These insects continue to be big problems in certain areas in Africa, Australia, and Asia.

• Fire ants. This particular specie of ants can be frequently seen in lawns from Maryland to California. You never want to disturb one or more fire ants since they latch onto the flesh of their perceived intruder with their jaws and drive their stinger repeatedly into the skin of the attacker. Their attacks create nasty welts that last for days in larger creatures like humans. Fire ant venom can also kill smaller creatures and people who suffer from an allergic reaction to the compound.

• Killer bees. Killer bees are very aggressive and will attack anything they see as a threat to their hive. These bees were first discovered in the USA back in 1990.

• Japanese beetles. This specific type of beetle love to eat and destroy roses, crepe myrtles and different types of fruit leaves. In 1972, the Japanese beetles caused some devastation in 22 states east of the Mississippi. Japanese beetles are quite hard to kill and today, they still ruin a lot of gardens across different states in the USA.
