The 3 Kinds Of Emails

leading digital marketing company in Dubai
Everyone receives one or more emails per day. You may be glad to receive some of these emails while you immediately delete the others.

Once you see or open an email, it is seldom that you categorize what this type of electronic correspondence is. And more often than not, you seldom put a thought into what kind of email you got or will open.

However, emails come in 3 different types or forms. Below is an overview of the different types of emails:

Marketing emails. This is the most popular type of email that everyone receives on a regular basis. Marketing, also known as bulk emails, are used by businesses to stimulate clients and leads. They usually contain informative and incentive messages. Generally, a recipient must agree to receive such emails. Opt-in, for such emails, is mandatory. Examples of marketing emails include flash sales, newsletters, and sales or promotions announcements.

Transactional emails. Emails of this type have content which contains information that the recipient wishes to check or confirm. This type of email is not intended to enhance the customer relationship but instead, to define it and mark it out. Examples of transactional emails include confirmation of payment, order status, and account opening.

Notification emails. Notification emails, also known as trigger, alert or auto-responders, enable recipients to be notified each time a particular event happens or has already occurred.  A notification email may be used in order to celebrate and/or mark an event. Examples of this type of email include birthday emails and emails a recipient gets after he or she registers for an event or service.
